JP talks to RoisinLiam Cave with KirstyTommy

Eileen concluded that Tommy will never forgive her. Gina asked Tommy to talk to Eileen, but he wanted time to think first. Kirsty told Ray that she was happy to stay with Tommy, despite her mother leaving. Jo returned from the hospital in buoyant mood. She apologised to Hana and offered her the chance to see Franco. Cormac persuaded Tommy to try again with Eileen. JP asked Roisin to resurrect their affair, but she turned him down.

Kirsty met a stranger at the boatshed. They bonded and she offered to fetch him some food. Alice was nervous about starting her new job, so she took some vodka with her to work. Scott slept with his financial advisor, Keiron. JP warned Ray that he should treat Roisin well, or suffer the consequences. Kirsty realised that the man was the 'Shieldinch Strangler'. Eileen was feeling optimistic about meeting Tommy for a chat at the cafe.

Tommy was heading over to sort things out with Eileen as Hazel raised the alarm about Kirsty. Before the Police arrived, Tommy headed to the boatshed. He helped Kirsty escape first, then tried to persuade Liam Cave to give himself up. He talked about Liam's mum who'd recently died. Liam was angry at Tommy's comments and struck him over the head with a spanner. Ruth confirmed that Tommy was still alive, but that an ambulance was needed urgently…
