Eileen and MalcolmRay and RoisinGeorge and Moira

With the arrival of the baby imminent, Jo's debts spiralled as she bought essentials for the nursery. Ruth's suggestions that she approach Naz for cash were met with deaf ears. The dodgy loan sharks informed Ray that his repayment time was running out, so he had until the end of the day to pay them back. Malcolm's short term memory loss nearly caused a nasty accident in the kitchen, and Eileen was very concerned.

Karim started up a petition to the council to get CCTV on Montego Street, but Tommy was opposed to having cameras everywhere. Bob tried to sneak the stolen laptop back to blink inc., but got caught by Scott. Vader beat Bob up when he saw him return the computer, but Deke and Bob became pals again. Roisin was furious at not getting paid, so she told Ray that she'd quit if he didn't pay her, or tell her what was on his mind.

George's plan backfired as Moira divided the house in half - her's and George's. Nazir was unresponsive when Jo asked him for financial help. Roisin left her notice in at Lazy Ray's, and took her pay out of the till. The hard men turned up in search of the repayment, and Ray discovered the cash stash had vanished from the till. Roisin later found a roughed-up Ray lying unconscious on the floor of the salon.
