Kirsty stole Brian's diary and wrapped it for Hazel's 16th birthday present. Deke grabbed the book from Hazel and read out one of Brian's odes to Hazel. Zara was devestated, Brian was raging, and Kirsty was delighted to ruin the day.

Ray succeeded in buying the old harbour building, and in pulling Heather the estate agent. Lewis and Gina laughed their heads off when Heather informed Ray that he was the sole bidder for the property. Ray had been bidding against himself.

Tommy had a heart-to-heart with Hazel, and accepted the fact that she was seeing Deke. Tommy later had to break up a fight between Deke and Brian, who argued over the poem. Hazel threw Deke out. In fury, she chucked Deke,and called him a loser.
