Dougie Vipond goes on patrol with Jennie Rogers, a special constable serving in Loch Lomond National Park. There he learns about the work of a 'special', and the reasons behind a new scheme where the police, land owners and gamekeepers have joined forces to recruit 12 rural special constables for Tayside and Central areas.
