cowden gelly would p in the park be that good if everyone were straight? nuff said!

chas There on Sunday only - mainly to see the Who for the 11th time since 1976 Brilliant again - glad so many young music fans enjoyed them. Also thought Feeder , Magic Numbers and Gomez were excellent . Pity I had to miss Scream and Ashcroft. Hope next year is as good.

Nikki omg feeder were the best band this year at t in the park!! They should have been the headliners!
Arran Wow Feeder ruled. So did WAS and Dirty Pretty Things, Chillis also rocked. The Who were amazing. Franz were great. The Upper Room were really good. Wolfmother were amazing. and all the other bands i saw.
David T in the Park- was so over rated this year.
Every Year the press, (daily record, sun and bbc) hype the event up so much and try to convince us it the best year yet. Well this wan't the best year. I've been camping the last 5 yeaers in a row and i'd say this comes 4th. Best year has to be 2003, for line-up, organisation, and lack of tent break ins. #every time i try to post this the bbc block it#
Spanky I had a wicked time, this year was my first T in the Park and i'l defo be going back, Goldfrapp was off the hook, see you all again in 2007
RANDOM WHATS THAT COMIN OVER THE HILL IS THAT A PIGEON?!?
Ross T IN THE P!! WELLAR,WHO BEST EVER. DONT KNOW Y WELLAR GOT SUCH POOR REVIEWS, HE WAS LOVIN IT. CAMPSITE'S THE BEST PART. BLUE BESIDE THE GENERATOR. SEE ME FEEL ME!!
ELTEL One Happy Camper! Who cares about the bad weather when the Slam Tent keeps you warm and well......sweaty! Had an amazing time and will somehow get a ticket for next year! I hope there's more footage from the banging S'tent next year to check out on the net, destroy rock'n'roll!
Jomarsha Well where to start the whole weekend was the best weekend for a while, the feeling, the kooks then the Zutons were ace-ic well what i can remember!!! But on Sunday only one man gets my vote and that's PAOLO NUTINI it blew me away! Bring on 2007!!!!
Matt Eels were amazing - it's not their fault they were late coming on!
waldo one of the best band was fightstar, that mosh pit was amazing i was right in the middle of it.

I'M WATCHING YOU Forward Russia and Sigur Ros rocked my world. The Fratellis and the Maccabees were great too. 2 Many DJs and Nightmares on Wax both excellent. Tickets purchased for next year - Bring it on! :-)
emenzies no1 could beat wolfmother on the saturday porbale the best live band ever. and also franz were gr8. but i do think the chillis were not as gd as people say the r.

Trundle Fantastic weekend, chilli's and strokes proved why they are one of the worlds greatest bands. The View (saturday in the t break stage) even blew them away awesome set, awesome atmosphere the best band of the weekend.
Hammy saturday was downed a bit with the weather but with bands like chillies, wolfmother, the feeling the kooks and franz feerdinand it sort of made the people forget. sunday was the best though, feeder were fantastic but the who were just out of this world. Oh one more thing figure 5 rule!
M.Onster Whats that coming over the hill is it a monster. Your damn right it is, A Zuton,Kooks,Feeder,Chillis,Who,Slam,2 many DJ's lovin MONSTER pure quality
CALAMITYJOHN WOW THE WHO- WOT CAN I SAY - SPINETINGLINGLY (EASY FOR YOU TO SAY) AWESOME -GOOD SPIRIT AND VIBE AT THE FESTIVAL, THE LEVELLERS WERE ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL - THE PAINTED ABORIGNE WITH THE DIDGEREEDOO WAS TOO TRIPPY FOR WORDS. SPEAKING OF TRIPPY THE ORB MOST BRILLIANT AS WHERE THE KAISER CHIEFS, THE STROKES, THE CHILLI PEPPS, MAGIC NUMBERS THO I HAVE TO SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ARCTIC MONKEYS WITHOUT DOUBT THE CROWD WAS WIRED BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT BLAND (HERETIC!!!)ON THE WHOLE A SMASHIN WEEKEND
tam roll on 07 enuff sed
Alana great and interesting
Maggie T Break stage 5pm pretty much the best band I saw all weekend "The View, The View, The View are on Fire!!!!!"
Boab T in the park was the game Got my tickets for next year just hope the weather is better The Who are legends!!
Kat from edinburgh It was my 1st T in the Park and i thought it was absolutely amazing!! My highlights would have to be seeing the chillis, franz , kaiser chiefs, the feeling and the kooks and orson on saturday-Fantastic way 2 spend my 17th birthday!! Sunday was brilliant too!! The proclaimers wer fab as always lol Feeder rocked and wer absolutely amazing!! The Who were just fabby and wer great way to finish off before the fire works(glad i went to see them)!! The ceilidh tent was a right laugh!! Atmosphere in the campsite was electric- every one on blue9/10 rocked everyone was having so much fun!! Monday was also hilarious- I was one of the nutters dragging an abandoned tent(well we hope it was an abandoned tent lol) with all of our stuff in it along the long treck to the car park lol It was a phenomenal weekend that i dont think will ever forget!! Bring on 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ps. toilets wer disgusting!!!
RICHARD richard ashcroft brilliant an amazing voice he is up there with the greats of music
Steven Hi, I went for a day with Gill (further down the page) and it was absolutly mental mental mental! 'Roll on' next year!
Martin T in the Park was amazin. The artic monkeys were awesome. Men woman and children were also great but Kasabian rocked the Pet sounds arena with a fantastic set. The highlight was The Who signing "behind blue eyes" - Quality.
jane it rocked the weekend
Daniel EL PRESIDENTE blew me away on the main stage. First time i'd seen them since the Barrowlands - keepes getting better. Whole weekend was top class. Loved Placebo and Kasabian too. Until next year...:-)
Nic Kasabian were by far the best band of the festival, they totally blew me away and they were buzzing so much themselves coz of the crowd's reaction! The kooks, zutons and wolfmother also deserve serious mentions. Also shout outs to Jenny Lewis and Regina Spektor - added some class to the w.end! The Casablancas and co. also rocked! Roll on next year
gary primal scream rocked felix da house cat was the bollocks
PJ FAB....Just sitting watching the highlights, 1 week later & just starting to feel myself again - my voice has finally came back. THE WHO had to be one of the best gigs of my life. I was torn between watching the mighty Bobby G but having seen Primal Scream twice already this year I'm sure I'll be forgiven! I had such a fab time I didn't even notice the rain - roll on next year.......WHO ARE YOU........OO....OO!!!
Lisa My third year at T, and it won't be my last. Fab festival, the best in the country! I hope the festival promotors manage to get on top of the Ebay scams, so we're all in with a shout for tickets.
kaz Richard Ashcroft was amazing!!!! Bittersweet Symphony was everything and more i had expected. Shame about the bloody weather. C'mmmmooooooonnnn T in the Park 2007
Angela wot a weekend...kaisers, franz, we r scientists, strokes oh and the silent disco but best of all KASABIAN!!!!! they so rocked that tent, wot an end to a fab weekend
Eva Wow i have almost caught up on my sleep and it is Friday. After arriving Friday afternoon and trecking cross country for what seemed like miles from our car the to yellow field i managed to have possibly the best 72 hours of my life! Tom Middleton was absolutely supberb in the Duracel Tent on Friday in the Campsite, the atmosphere was electric, a very welcomed addition to the Campsite. Rest of the weekend was spent mostly in the Slam Tent and Silent Disco. Highlights were 2 many DJ's, Slam, Vitalic and Felix Dah Housecat. My favourite momment being Groove 2 Groove playing 'Nights of the Jaguar'. Also big thanks for showing penalties in Slam Tnt. Does anyone know if that guy ever got down from the roof of the slam tent on Sunday night????????? Roll on 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drummer What a weekend. from the rifles opening up my saturday to the who blowing me away before the fireworks I dont think i caught breath the whole weekend. Cant wasit until next year. Big up to the lethangie campers. Bring on the rain we can take it.
Dcaff Kasabian blew me away.
Anyone else who was there understands me there. Trust me...Beyond unbelievable. They were hugging each other on stage they were that pumped at the crowd superb reaction.
Bring on the new album boys.
GRAEME Blaikie Highlights for me this year were Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - what a great atmosphere in the Pet Sounds Area for that - Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins - a revelation - Editors - a fired-up performance - and Richard Ashcroft. Contrary to an earlier comment, he only played 4 Verve songs and many more than that from his solo albums. Although his solo work's taken a lot of stick, he still has the charisma and stage presence to whip the crowd up into a frenzy. The Charlatans also played a good set on Saturday night. The Cribs were okay but I think their ramshackle sound would have been better in one of the tents. And Placebo were good too, with the new songs sounding pretty tip-top next to all the oldies. Franz, Arctics, Chillis: seen a bit of each but wasn't particularly inspired. Overall, another great T in the Park. Roll on next year!
MARTELL Sigur Ros were a real highlight and Ben Harper had me rocked (or should I say Harp'd) also Kasabian were on form on Sunday!
Message for Chuck... Men Women And Children - they were ace!
But more importantly... DUELS!
albhoy ROLL ON P IN THE DARK 2007=I AM A FOUND MEMBER OF THE P IN THE DARKERS. BHOY DO WE LOVE IT. WERZ YOOR HED AT AT WERZ YOOR HED AT WERZ YOOR HED AT
matty myles went for the weekend seen the obvious ones like arctics rhcp strokes franz kooks but kasabian were amazing they had the whole tent bouncing and i think they were quite surprised by the reaction, brilliant. the only dissapointment was the stupid barrier at the main stage and the rain . we are scientists also deserve a mention
Allan Doris fae Scotstoun chillis=immense, arctic monkeys whilst on the ferris wheel=amazing, the who=classical, silent disco=what a bloody buzz, superdrug backstage for a dance and a song=brilliant, the campsite makes the weekend festival atmosphere though
Gav Sigur Ros, blew my mind. The eels were rocking. Also T Break stage, How to swim sunday night headliners were brilliant.
KingstonBridge What a weekend! SLam Tent all the way!Jeff Millz and Slam - absolutely BANGING!Felix Da Housecat Chunk'd it up Sunday! What an atmosphere in that tent!!!Big Up T In The Park, thanks to all the people who made it so enjoyable! C'yaz nxt year, peace!
anon brilliant
GARY The Who rocked!!The Automatic are dead certs to be main stage next year.Whats that comin over the hill is it a tractor!!!Thank god I haven't to clear up the mess!!!!!
mikey loved the cribs, the feelin and the zutons(especially abby), but the screams, country girl was my best festival moment ever!
Emma from Edinburgh Aw wow T in the park was absolutely fantastic!! All the bands were amazin! The only thing that I will not miss is the toilets!! They need cleaned out more!! Woohoo The blue 9 and 10 campsite were the best!! ;)
AJ CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S WEDNESDAY AND I JUST FEEL LIKE MYSELF AGAIN. WHAT A WAY TO CELEBRATE YOUR 30TH ON YOUR BOYFRIENDS SHOULDERS TO BITTER SWEET SYMPHONY ***AMAZING***
gill Only managed to get tickets for the saturday but made sure i fitted two days worth of partying into one!! Hardly left the slam tent The Orb blew me away, along with James Holden and Vitalic. Managed to get to Clap your hands say yeah, which was well worthwhile, they were amazing. What a brilliant experience. Roll on T 2007
DAN MASON My first time at T and it blew me away. The Who and Sigur Ros were incredible, saw the amazingly cool Morning After Girls at the futures tent and lurved them. It was great to finally see The Futureheads they brought the house down and what a great surprise to see Larrikin Love after them. Regina Spektor was a beauty to behold, such an heavenly voice. Anyone who saw Wolfmother will agree with me on this, they rocked so immensely hard it was unreal, why isnt that gig up to watch instead of the rubbish Hard-Fi set? I wondered by the main stage when they were on and they sounded terrible! Plz upload the Wolfmother gig it would be very cool to see!!
Laura The Ordinary Boys rocked big time!!
ryan the kaiser chiefs got the whole place going crazy with i predict a riot and so on. am not a big fan of feeder but have to say they were magic. why was it called richard ashcroft when it was all verve songs?
steve was amazing...saturday was a bit soggy but thought that the chiefs were excellent as was pharrell williams.... camp site was a mudpit were i was in the morning but soon dried up and was a beautiful day on sunday...arctic monkeys where excellent..the fratellis were dynamite too... and kasabian were awesome!!!
my mate paid sum random fool £10 to surf a lilo through a mud puddle at 2.30 a.m on monday...good times had...cant wait for next year
hannah I cant belive how good T was. Arctic Monkeys were fierce !! got alot of bruises from jumpin about ! .. i have already ordered my tickets for next year .. if it was bril this year amagine how good it will be next year !
shona i thought it was great. there was 2 much 2 do in so little time nxt year im wantin all weekend tickets. missed so much xx
rye outstanding, the feeling and the kooks were quality!!
Lauren Barrett This year was FANTASTIC! Everything was great appart from the barrier on the main stage. I didn't manage to get to the fron tfor the Chilis which made them a dissapointing act. Every other band i saw was amazing, especially Pharrell and The Kooks. Silent dico also rocked and the banter in the campsite was Awsome!
Nic Arctic Monkeys were extremely dissappointing, should stick to smaller stages. As were Kaiser Chiefs. The Kaiser Chiefs should have stuck to the NME stage, where they were much better last year. The Strokes were good although not as good as when they played before. The sound on the main stage was a bit crap. Delays were suprisingly good, as were Dirty Pretty Things. Placebo were brilliant contrary to popular belief and Paul Weller sounded on top form. Chillis weren't as good as expected. The Who were absolutely outstanding. From what i caught of Primal Scream they sounded on top too.
Dave 2 Fae Edinburgh WOW! That was absolutely amazing! Its Wednesday and I've only just started feeling well enough to turn on the pc and watch some more highlights! Best bands for me were the Arctics (what a bounce) the Strokes, The Kaisers and The Who were just magnificent. A festival that will live long in the memory! Dunno why the front of the crowd were in a separate section, but got in there on Sunday and stayed just a couple of rows from the front of the stage. Now I just need to spot meself in the highlights to complete it.. Oh and I even got laid on the Sunday nite!! How ye doin Nat fae Glenrothes?! ROCK ON!!
Youngy Cant beleive 'The Kooks' havent been mentioned, they were phenomenal, the best band on the R1 stage. The Chilli's rocked the weekend though, wot a set, wot a band!!!
Sam The Who were outstanding and i was lucky enough to get right up front for them. T in the Park 2006 was brilliant. Hope i can get a ticket for next years T!
An Serbian I watched that on BBC interactive over satellite ... it was very good festival !!!
Why didnt invited Razorlight... Kaiser Chiefs was the best... pity for bad weather ...Chears !!
Kirkdo The Strokes were a great example of how it should be done by todays top artists, particularly the Arctic Monkeys who were good, but seemed taken aback by the atmosphere and excitement of the crowd - even Hard-Fi showed more enthusiasm. However, The Who were simply spectacular; their performances of "My Generation", "Baba O' Riley" and of course, "Won't get Fooled Again".
PETE TOWNSEND IS A GOD!!!
P.S the sex dolls were hilarious, unlike that wierdo with the stupid "LOL" sign. I'll never forget the look on this guy's face when he got he got a big rubber nipple in his eye.
J Omg what a wkend!!! was amazin :o) think im in love wiv grant from feeder...they were top class!!! Any1 got good pictures i was rite at the front but dropped my camera
Stibbs Had a great time just hated the toilets or lack of! The automatic blow the future's tent apart along with the Kooks and Zuton's rocking the NME. Got my ticket for next year bring on the 07/07/07.
Laura Pearson Slam tent was jumping!!! felix da house cat N Jeff Mills, what can a say - FILTH!! Hello 2 ma fellow slammers x x
tine A fab weekend. I was there all weekend but took my 9 year old son on sunday as hes a massive who fan. he sat on everyones shoulders and sang every word. it was just a fantastic sight! everyone around him kept coming up and shaking his hand and taking his picture! truly amazing. the whole weekend was fantastic and not even the rain or the campsite loos could ruin it! Cant wait for next year!
Glenn The View rocked you should see them. Brillant . They are better than a lot of band when they are live. They should have been on a bigger stage or in a bigger tent
savage wishing my life away for the next T...
the strokes, morning runner and the feeling all done it for me!
had a mouth like a portaloo all day monday tho..
jay sime this year was crazy. good atmosphere. great bands freeder and the kooks were brill. will defo be back next year;-].x
Christine & Fe The Who rocked. Enough said!
Alison T in the Park was totally excellent! It passed so quickly...apart from the horrible camping in the freezing cold, like. Did anyone else think the sound for Maximo Park was really screwed up? I wasn't even that far away and it was just crap sounding - really disappointing.
Eels did the most mental set ever - that dancing security guard was bizarre and amazing - the extreme lateness of them coming on was a bit of a downer but it was great to finally see them.
Primal Scream blew me away, what an amazing way to end the weekend.
x
Jonny Boy Morning Runner were awesome as usual. Such a great sound. Cant wait for next year!
youngman Awesome weekend. The who stole the show but the zutons did themselves proud. Cant believe it's all over and why do i still feel rough!!
Greg could someone please tell me how fightstar sounded?i think they are awesome and they were playing on the main stage on sunday. i really wanted to see them on the highlights show but there was no sign. so someone please put me out of my misery and let me know what songs were the best and if they were good!!
IAN BONE THE VIEW WERE ROCKING
Vicky The Who were the highlight of the weekend!
faye also known as raquel had a brilliant t in the park ,first one ever and will be going to all in the future.franz ferdinand rocked in fact every one did and special thanx to mark campbell, the guy i met while at the chillies was an added bonus,a wee darlin, role on next year
Ross I was just there on Sunday, and thought We Are Scientists were fantastic! I reckon they'll have gained a few more fans from that performance. I thought The Delays were on at the perfect time, it was just getting sunny and they cheered everyone up after the rain. The NME stage was the best stage this year by a mile. I saw Kula Shaker on TV on Sat and thought they sounded great, I particularly liked their new tune "I'm a dick, I'm a dick, I'm a dictator"!
The Simonator It says on the site that zero7 pulled out allowing bands on pet sounds to play earlier and longer. This was not the case. The setting for Eels was ridiculous, the sound was horrible and everything blew half way through. Not to mention they only played for about 15 minutes. Eels are a fantastic band and shouldnt have been treated so ridiculously
camped out in kinross Loved the whole weekend (even the camping), the slightly damp saturday did nothing to dampen the spirits of the bands or indeed the crowds. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers were outstanding as were the Kaiser Chiefs. Sunday brought out the Proclaimers (who are now the house band of T in the park I think :) ), they kicked off a whole afternoon and evening of glorious music. The Who were an inspired choice of headline act, there were other great bands on at that time but I chose to watch The Who. So glad I did and a big thank you to them for playing in a manner that makes their music sound as fresh now as it did when they were playing some of it back in the 60's 70's and indeed 80's. I cannot wait till next year.
Bruno Morning Runner were awsome - 40 minutes of loud beautiful music. 3 cheers to the Reading boys !!!
Me Probably the best festival I've ever done (and that's a lot!). I don't know where to start with highlights because every single band I saw were fantastic! I guess start at the beginning...
>Duels
>The Cribs
>Union of Knives
>6 hot donuts at 11pm when it's bloody freezing
>The view over the campsite at 6am
>The Spinto Band
>My mate pulling a VERY fit bloke
>Larrikin Love
>A security guard racing up a pillar in the King Tut's Tent after a drunken reveller... only to then remove his luminous jacket and start dancing to Primal Scream
>Drunken singalong on the bus back to Glasgow Bring on T 2007...
NINA wow!! this was my second year and what an atmosphere...the banter kicked ass. sagur ros were incredible. it was like mass meditation.
Montage Absolutely crackin`!! Completely franced the whole time with my pal Jose Maria Olazaballed!! :).....ROLL ON NEXT YEAR!!
Chuck Does anyone know the name of the band that replaced the 747's on the Futures Stage? They were rocking!
DK Wolfmother were amazing! Brightened up the rainiest of days!
IAIN I was really dissapointed with Eels, he kept us waiting for so long then turned up with an uninspiring set. Death Cab were awesome though!
Krissy Bit disappointed a lot the acts clashed with one another but still enjoyed what I managed to see. Definitely going back next year but hiring a camper van this time, toilets are disgraceful in the camp site, but nice and clean in the main arena. So unhygienic and absolutely disgusting. Food was too expensive as well.
Jade7 It was great to see the gig on TV, but I was gutted not to see footage from The Fratellis in the Futures Tent! Maybe bring the future forward next year?
Linda The Kooks were amazing!! Loved Dirty Pretty Things. Mardy Bum by Artic Monkeys got to be the best memory for me. Cant wait for next year!
Lauren I decided to go see Kasabian instead of The Who on Sunday night and they did not disapoint! Absolutly amazing, by far the best live band I saw all weekend. Also enjoyed Franz, We Are Scientists and Death Cab For Cutie. See you next year!
Scott 'The King' Hunter ABSOLOUTELY ACE, WELL WHAT I CAN REMEMBER, ARCTICS, DIRTY PRETTY THINGS, PRIMAL SCREAM AND THE ZUTONS WERE GRRRRREAT, ABSOLOUTELY OUT MA TATS! BRING ON NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!
Nicola Lumsden My First time at T in the Park, Brilliant!! Thought the arctic monkeys were the best ever, would pay double to see them again xx
lesley what an amazing titp the weather did not dampen the spirts. the who were brilliant so were the RHCP what great headliners and the proclamiers what can i say :D
David TITP raise the ante yet again, fantastic line up. Saturday was great but NME stage on Sunday was awesome, Morning Runner, WAS & Editors rocked, finish that off with a bit of The Who and Kasabian and we're all left wanting more. Tickets for 2007 are booked already!
henry ASHCROFT STOLE THE SHOW, BEST PERFORMANCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jen Still the best weekend of the year but lose the extra fence at the main stage and sound quality at the back was rubbish
nat The Strokes were amazing, Kooks should've been on main stage (what the hell was freakin Sandi Thom doing there!?). Just bought my tickets for 2007!!!!! woohoo!!!!!
Suzy The Go! Team were brillant and so were Kula Shaker - brillant atmosphere, everyone was up for it! Loved the silent disco too - what fun! :)
joe how come the sleeping dogs were not playing this year what a let down tinthepark
Joe I was right at the front for arctic monkeys and they were absolutely amazing even though i was being crushed by a bunch of large sweaty men. Managed to stay at the front for The Strokes and it was the best moment of my life when everyone around me sang "Someday" word for word. By the time The Strokes had finished i was absolutely exhausted and just collapsed to enjoy an unforgettable performance from the Who. Im 15 and this was my first T in the park but i'll never forget it.
saraha fab weekend. Highlights were Maximo Park and Placebo from th front row!! Also loved Ben Harper, Sigur Ros, Manu Chao, The Automatic and Seth Lakeman. Met some great people and had lots of laughs. Roll on 2007.......
rolo what an amazing weekend, this was my first and i had the best time, the who were amazing. the campsite was loads of fun too especially in yellow 4, but please sort out the toilets by next year!
Andy White rose movement were amazing.
Cool Mum!! The Who were well worth the wait, and definately the best there is. All I went for really. But thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Was T virgin but ain't no more!!!! The crowds were all great, met some top peeps. Didn't enjoy the beer shampoos. My 14 year old thought it was fab too. Had a scream in the ceildh tent, and the silent disco rocked. Buying tickets for next year ASAP.Roll on 2007
Anon It was a fabulous weekend, well done all! My highlights were Franz Ferdinand-superb live act, never disappoint, The Cribs- they deserve to be more widely recognised than they already are, The Levellers- great fun! The Magic Numbers on Sunday- great atmosphere and the Fratellis, certainly one to look out for in the near future. Thought that Kaisers are getting tired now, they need a rest from gigging and to write some new material. Arctic Monkeys were ok, but didn't warrant the crowd they pulled in. I'm sorry I missed the Ordinary Boys and the Zutons though. Did anyone else see these and what did you think?
David My Robot Friend were mega, the expanding ball thing with the camera inside was a real highlight. Goldfrapp were great, just a shame they could only do a short set. Kasabains new stuff sounds really good, especially "Shoot the Runner". They've got 2007 headliners written all over them!
Stewart Drummond Amazing weekend with sunday having the better line up. 2 Many DJ's were a highlight for me the slam tent went mental it was utter class and The Who "wow" i am so glad i was there . BIG GRIN
broken_man Loved Dirty Pretty things and The Spinto Band. The GO team had me swinging my pants like the best of them!
PAUL The Who and We Are Scientists were incredible!...Was anyone else disappointed with the schedule, so many great bands on at the same time? Let's make it 3 days and spread it out!!!
Dundee well done to the view...u made dundee proud!!! shoulda been on futures tent though! see you's next year on nme/main!
thomas theres no word that describe the weekend. superb amazing brilliant!!!! CMON THE LOLIPOP MAN AND THE HI VIS JACKET CREW
martin mcneil 2 many dj's in the slam tent sunday night fantastic place was rocking
AiM got to say...Levellers toped it for me.whole tent was jumpin, atmosphere class.chilis were good as expected.Loved it !
disco freak Had an amazing time! Highlights were the RHCPs for me as I have grown up loving that band so much and to see them live almost made me wet my pants. Also loved the Kaiser Chiefs and a whole load more. I have to say though- THE SILENT DISCO ROCKED!!!!! If you didn't go to that, you missed out!
rosie loved the arctic monkeys, We Are Scientists, feeder, franz, the zuton and the strokes where all highlights for me
DAWN Feeder rocked the NME stage......No matter how many times they are there they just get better and better. Coverage on BBC v.poor. Love Colin & Edith but too many minced rockers, we just want music, music, music Roll on 2007!!!
vikki amazin...artic monkeys, rhcp, kaiser chiefs, richard ashcroft, the strokes and the proclaimers were all amazin...roll on next year :)
James brilliant weekend, only bad that dissapointed me was The Futureheads who sounded a bit messy to me? WAS rocked, !Forward,Russia! were electric and Futuro were one of those lucky finds. T-Break stage in the afternoon, what a band! cant find their site though, anyone know it?
Daleboy wicked weekend! loved every minute, best one ive bn to in the last 4 years! roll on 2007!
HairyHat Man The Automatics were class in the newcomers tent, along with the monkeys they made my day!!!
Patrick What was with there not being any cameras in the future or t break stages? In the new age of digital surely they can do a nwimbledon' allowing you to press red and choose who you want to see?
Gill Absolutley fantastic weekend! Great vibe and party atmosphere in the campsite. Seriously though - £8 for a small pizza and £5 for 2 tiny instant hot chocolates??? Franz Ferdinand were outstanding, gutted that I missed the Fratellis! See you next year, Gill x.
Clare Can't believe nobody's mentioned Richard Ashcroft yet. What a blinding set, great song list and did you all check out the sax guy?
A real high to end another fab two days at T.... remember to get tickets tomorrow morning at 9 for next year.....
Gdub Loved the Chillies, Placebo, Magic Nums, Pablo Nutteli (love his chocolate spread too), the Baccardi tent, Strokes and Hard-Fi but the ABSOLUTE highlights were Wolfmother, Orson and an unbelievable, emotional and unforgettable set by The Who. What an ending to a great weekend.
FF Many a musical treat but who else saw Figure 5 open the T-Break stage - pure class!
Sarah Cr*p tv coverage - what happened to coverage of the Arctics....not amused with having to wait up until Monday morning to see 1 song......must get a ticket for next year!
Colin and Edith rock - but the other two muppets ruined it for us mere armchair fans x x
temple man really enjoyed watching it festival on telly, but really dissapointed that sigur ros didn't get any air time, as they are far better than some of the bands that featured, go sigur!!!,once again the bbc miss out on a classic act, well see they promote eastenders. lol
Silky Si McFly Highlights this year for me had to be Feeder, The Zutons, The Feeling & We Are Scientists. Got quite near the front for Feeder and the crowd and the set list were excellent. After that I went to the bar next to the futures and the WHOLE bar was doing their own rendiction of Feeder's "Just A Day" wow what a feeling!!!
jay kay was good wat i seen on tv was gutted a couldnt go wont be missing it next year for sure
scotty great weekend camping, all bands were great but the kooks and kasabian were who i enjoyed the most, def gotta get a ticket for next year,:)
Lee Hamill Top marks to the Chili's, the strokes, arctic monkeys, pharrell williams and my local band Jack Butler (watch out for these guys, going to be massive) Felix Da Housecat was a perfect way to end a good weekend in the Slam Tent
Gordon Next years tickets on sale tomorrow......just count the interest!!!!! wot a rip-off. Then they complain about eBay sellers....wot a double standard. Sell them in January/february like you used to.
stephen w all weekend was great totaly spoilled for choice.the who were amazing best band of t in the park
Duffy67 Amazing line-up. Managed to see Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks, Feeder, Wolfmother, Fightstar(dont know why!) Red Hot Chilli Peppers, El Presidente, The Strokes and The Who. Everyone I went to see were brilliant, but the strokes were probably the best.
CAFFERS Primal Scream, what can i say, they totally rocked, screamadelica at its finest. Mani is a GOD
Colin Absolutely amaaaazing! The Who were just fantastic, loved every moment of the whole weekend. Even the rain couldnt spoil it! Proclaimers were tremendous aswell! Mon the Reid twins! Zutons, Franz, The Feeling and Hard-Fi were brilliant aswell! 4 words to describe the summer - T IN THE PARK.
Big Eck Don't care wot folk say, Arctoc monkeys and Chilli's were awesome and by far the highlights. can't wait till nxt year
Debbie Dunsmore What a weekend! The Who were amazing couldnt have picked a better way to finish the day! Hard Fi were brill also but I was very disappointed that the band did not do a signing like planned I waited ages from 1pm and was told they handnt turned up yet so came back at 5.30 to see them between 6.15 and 7.00 to be told if they were coming out to do the signing that it would be later because they were watching the football! I mean come on we come and support them on stage and the least they could do is give a little back dont you think. Then we were told they were not coming at all with no explanation! What a waste of almost 2 hours I waited! Missed the Artic Monkeys too, I am a big Hard Fi fan so I was really let down by this. But all in all a great weekend! The Who made up for that and the rain!
lisa young Richard Ashcroft is a total legend! We were not worthy of such a fantastic performance, he completely captivated the crowd and RULED! There's only 1 Dickie for me. XXX
Lorna Excellent, T never fails to please - was celebrating my 10th year this weekend. Faves of the wkend were Placebo, Feeder, 2 Many DJ's the Delays. Oh - and the spicy potato wedges. The inflatable sex dolls were great. Roll on 2007!!
Emma What happened to Zero 7??!
Nicola Plus points:
The Automatic- absolutely awesome, Monster best song of the festival,
Magic Numbers Minus points:
Price of food and car park
Too busy- no more people next year please
Marko Did anyone see The Subways?
Spike WOW WOW WOW WOW. THE Who were off the planet. Chillis superb as were Franz, The Strokes and The Zutons. Special mention to Magic Numbers superb roll on 2007. Silent Disco Rules
Jam-Zee Bow down to Anthony Kiedis! Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Cheifs and Maximo park were other highlights.
Paul Duels were ace! Sadly only saw them on telly but they were swish. Also enjoyed We Are Scientists.
ANDREW How disappointing were the Artic Monkeys ? Looked like a pub band on that Main Stage. Would have been better in a tent. Hopefully will have learnt from The Strokes or The Who.
silverelephant The Fratellis were absolutely amazing, I've been waiting to see them for months and they did not disappoint. The crowd went absolutely mental for Henrietta and it was FANTASTIC. I loved every one of the 16 bands I managed to see and special mention should go to Feeder, Franz Ferdinand and the Chilli's. This was my first T in the Park but it definitely won't be my last! Rock On!
BJT The Who were outstanding, sorry words really cannot describe what we all witnessed.
Jon Glad to See Kula Shaker back. Music with something to say with amazing melodic 'hooks' and guitar work. When's the new album out?
steven the who stole the show, amazing stuff to see the legends in action. will never 4get the parts i remember of this years 2, cant wait for next year.
TMF Doom Why were Wolfmother and The Futureheads not on the main stage? Clearly two of the best bands to grace the 'T' this year. What was with the sex dolls on sticks?
nicky stirrat great wkd roll on nxt year.
Angi Amazing weekend was had by all. Loved The Who and Weller. Dance tent was jumping too.......
danny the go! team were great
Bill No preconceptions about the Who based on age, history etc. but deserve their reputation as an outstanding live act. Win by a mile at this year's titp.
Pat Joyce The Who ! What a way to close the festival on the main stage ! Daltrey's voice at its best,Townshend's guitar scorching through the night and through it all Zak Starkey weaving the whole thing together with drumming that took me back to the Who at their finest in the early 70's.It was a genuinely uplifting experience to be part of a massive mixed crowd .Old mods , like me, right through to kids in their teens all swept away on the emotion of the music. The final encore set from "Tommy" was was of those moments that will live with me forever.I think you can guess from this that I quite enjoyed myself!
Joe Karan I saw My Latest Novel after the Spinto Band on the Pet Sounds Stage yesterday and they were incredible. The best thing to come out of Scotland since Alan Hansen. Sister Sneaker Sister Soul was fantastic...
Ian Franz Ferdinand ruled! The drumming thing for Outsiders blew me away
Broon Another amazing T in the park weekend, not one band i went to see left me disappointed, all top class!! Roll on July 2007!!
Ferris We are Scientists were amazing. They sounded so good.
Marc The Monkeys Rocked
Kaz RHCP and the Who were both amazing, as expected! Other highlights were Gomez, Magic No's and Franz Ferdinand.
blah baa FRANZ FERDINAND, WHEEEEE.
BiNG0 Vitelic are mighty.
Armchair critic Great to see the TV coverage, but please do something about the "hilarious" presenters. I don't need the endless lame wisecracks and smug "I can't believe we've getting paid for this easy gig!" attitude. Just introduce the bands and get off the screen. Fill any slack airtime with snippet highlights of other bands, just keep the presenters to a minimum.
DAVE THE VIEW ARE ON FIRE!!!!
john jim it rocked
~PJ~ Caught the last five minutes of Sunday on BBC3 just before Cr. Who. Which band was playing at that point? Amazing - but I can't work out who it was...
Louise Ash Wow! What a line up.. Great atmosphere. The stages looked fab.
Becky Collins Absolutely amazing! The Kaiser Chiefs were the best! This was my first festival-I'm 14. Thank you T in the Park! See you next year!!
JohnHill Well done superb coverage and the web and pics superb BUT although not as poor as T4 and Popworld you've proved that your programme director does not understand music culture when it comes to missing the action live edit wise - you need musicians who know the difference between bass and guitar and even sax and the importance f certain phrases and happenings such as virtually wiping out the Franx Ferdinand multiple drumming - cut ot death by the live editing - for example and not enough explanation of who and why! Also you've proved that radio DJs should stick to CDs and keep away from live musicians asking the same idiotic questions that reveal a lack of understanding and even empathy for music culture and the importance and sensibilities of it's icons and luminaries - such as intruding on musicians pre and post stage perfromances - forget it it's stupid in the extreme and so obviously as embarrassingly niave as some of the interviews. That said all power to you and thank you so much for bringing all that grrreat music form such a superb event. Oh and how about Kubb and Paolo Nutini in the performance inclusion stakes? thanks
John
Jamie Maxwell Maximo Park were absolutely excellent; I've been an admirer of them for a short while now & this year's 'T' was my first glimpse of them Live. They were the first real band to set the tempo for the evening on the Main Stage & I hope they get the appraisal they deserve. Opening their set with 'Graffiti' was superb, a high-tempo guitar song that got us all rocking, then the other well known songs such as; 'Apply some Pressure' & ' Postcard of A Painting'. Though, it has to be said that the 'Death Metal' clothing was a major fashion faux pas from a normally well kitted out band - one that the band acknowledged. Again, I stress my hope that they get the plaudits they deserve as they rocked 'T' hard!
barry great to have coverage on tv, but why is the video editing so bad (especially on the radio 1 stage) and why is the sound so appallingly mixed on pretty much every stage. is this a misguided attempt to make it look and sound cutting edge? - if so it fails abysmally. it is possible to get more than one vocal and one instrument into a mix, and drummers have more than just hi-hats and cymbals.
kevin keenan ......via dundee AWAY THE ARTIC MONKEYS
Anon I thought the Tv coverage was absolutly terrible. Instead of showing the bands over the day the acts were crammed into 2 hours before the headliners missing franz ferdinand and interfering with the other headliners. We got three songs of Paul Weller and we got three of Red Hot Chili Peppers before having to jump back and watch some band from 4 hours beforehand. Should have shown it like a football match. A little talk at the start a little talk at the end and leave it on live. One headliner on BBC Three one on the other bands channel.
Colin Wright Recorded all of saturdays coverage but very disappointed that there was no Sigur Ros. What happened? They were supposed to be headlining the Pet Sounds Arena. Instead you kept showing the same bands over and over...
ian bbc3 coverage didnt disappoint.
it was the usuall poor fragmented coverage!just what i expect from bbc, when it comes to music.
Russ Tyler No where near as good as previous years opening days, but it rocked 6/10 . . . . COME BACK GLASTOBURY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nightmares on Wax What can i say! This was the first time i'd seen Nightmare live and it literally over whelmed me! but for some reason on of the MC's thought he was in edinburgh and he was callin out 'whats happening edinburgh!!!!' i have to tell you if you'v heard of 'N.O.W' please go and check out his releases on Warp records pure class!!! Amen to N.O.W Rory, Edinburgh
Dave Evans TV coverage - show me the band - not haow clever the editing is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Robert Way To reference Orson as camparable to the great Zeppelin is an insult to rock music. Orson is just another pile of losers who think they are cool when no one likes them apart from the odd fat lady who fancies the singer.
moany git the audio quality wasn't so good, its nice to have the vocal cut through the mix... (maybe it would have sounded better if had been able to get a ticket)
Anonymous Placebo rocked the Main stage with songs from their new album Meds
Cher L Don't have a review yet as going up on Sunday. Can anyone up there review the state of the site due to weather??

There on Sunday only - mainly to see the Who for the 11th time since 1976 Brilliant again - glad so many young music fans enjoyed them. Also thought Feeder , Magic Numbers and Gomez were excellent . Pity I had to miss Scream and Ashcroft. Hope next year is as good.

Arran
Wow Feeder ruled. So did WAS and Dirty Pretty Things, Chillis also rocked. The Who were amazing. Franz were great. The Upper Room were really good. Wolfmother were amazing. and all the other bands i saw.
David
T in the Park- was so over rated this year. #every time i try to post this the bbc block it#
Spanky
I had a wicked time, this year was my first T in the Park and i'l defo be going back, Goldfrapp was off the hook, see you all again in 2007

WOW THE WHO- WOT CAN I SAY - SPINETINGLINGLY (EASY FOR YOU TO SAY) AWESOME -GOOD SPIRIT AND VIBE AT THE FESTIVAL, THE LEVELLERS WERE ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL - THE PAINTED ABORIGNE WITH THE DIDGEREEDOO WAS TOO TRIPPY FOR WORDS.

T in the Park was amazin. The artic monkeys were awesome. Men woman and children were also great but Kasabian rocked the Pet sounds arena with a fantastic set. The highlight was The Who signing "behind blue eyes" - Quality.
jane
it rocked the weekend
Daniel
EL PRESIDENTE blew me away on the main stage. First time i'd seen them since the Barrowlands - keepes getting better. Whole weekend was top class. Loved Placebo and Kasabian too. Until next year...:-)
Nic
Kasabian were by far the best band of the festival, they totally blew me away and they were buzzing so much themselves coz of the crowd's reaction! The kooks, zutons and wolfmother also deserve serious mentions. Also shout outs to Jenny Lewis and Regina Spektor - added some class to the w.end! The Casablancas and co. also rocked! Roll on next year
gary
primal scream rocked felix da house cat was the bollocks
PJ
FAB....Just sitting watching the highlights, 1 week later & just starting to feel myself again - my voice has finally came back.
Lisa
My third year at T, and it won't be my last. Fab festival, the best in the country! I hope the festival promotors manage to get on top of the Ebay scams, so we're all in with a shout for tickets.
kaz
Richard Ashcroft was amazing!!!! Bittersweet Symphony was everything and more i had expected. Shame about the bloody weather. C'mmmmooooooonnnn T in the Park 2007
Angela
wot a weekend...kaisers, franz, we r scientists, strokes oh and the silent disco but best of all KASABIAN!!!!! they so rocked that tent, wot an end to a fab weekend
Eva
Wow i have almost caught up on my sleep and it is Friday.
Drummer
What a weekend. from the rifles opening up my saturday to the who blowing me away before the fireworks I dont think i caught breath the whole weekend. Cant wasit until next year. Big up to the lethangie campers. Bring on the rain we can take it.
Dcaff
Kasabian blew me away. Anyone else who was there understands me there. Trust me...Beyond unbelievable. They were hugging each other on stage they were that pumped at the crowd superb reaction. Bring on the new album boys.
GRAEME Blaikie
Highlights for me this year were Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - what a great atmosphere in the Pet Sounds Area for that - Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins - a revelation - Editors - a fired-up performance - and Richard Ashcroft.
MARTELL
Sigur Ros were a real highlight and Ben Harper had me rocked (or should I say Harp'd) also Kasabian were on form on Sunday!
Message for Chuck...
Men Women And Children - they were ace! But more importantly... DUELS!
albhoy

matty myles
went for the weekend seen the obvious ones like arctics rhcp strokes franz kooks but kasabian were amazing they had the whole tent bouncing and i think they were quite surprised by the reaction, brilliant. the only dissapointment was the stupid barrier at the main stage and the rain . we are scientists also deserve a mention
Allan Doris fae Scotstoun
chillis=immense, arctic monkeys whilst on the ferris wheel=amazing, the who=classical, silent disco=what a bloody buzz, superdrug backstage for a dance and a song=brilliant, the campsite makes the weekend festival atmosphere though
Gav
Sigur Ros, blew my mind. The eels were rocking. Also T Break stage, How to swim sunday night headliners were brilliant.
KingstonBridge

gill
Only managed to get tickets for the saturday but made sure i fitted two days worth of partying into one!! Hardly left the slam tent The Orb blew me away, along with James Holden and Vitalic. Managed to get to Clap your hands say yeah, which was well worthwhile, they were amazing. What a brilliant experience. Roll on T 2007
DAN MASON
My first time at T and it blew me away.
Laura
The Ordinary Boys rocked big time!!
ryan
the kaiser chiefs got the whole place going crazy with i predict a riot and so on. am not a big fan of feeder but have to say they were magic. why was it called richard ashcroft when it was all verve songs?
steve
was amazing...saturday was a bit soggy but thought that the chiefs were excellent as was pharrell williams.... camp site was a mudpit were i was in the morning but soon dried up and was a beautiful day on sunday...arctic monkeys where excellent..the fratellis were dynamite too... and kasabian were awesome!!! my mate paid sum random fool £10 to surf a lilo through a mud puddle at 2.30 a.m on monday...good times had...cant wait for next year
hannah
I cant belive how good T was. Arctic Monkeys were fierce !! got alot of bruises from jumpin about ! .. i have already ordered my tickets for next year .. if it was bril this year amagine how good it will be next year !
shona
i thought it was great. there was 2 much 2 do in so little time nxt year im wantin all weekend tickets. missed so much xx
rye
outstanding, the feeling and the kooks were quality!!
Lauren Barrett
This year was FANTASTIC! Everything was great appart from the barrier on the main stage. I didn't manage to get to the fron tfor the Chilis which made them a dissapointing act. Every other band i saw was amazing, especially Pharrell and The Kooks. Silent dico also rocked and the banter in the campsite was Awsome!
Nic
Arctic Monkeys were extremely dissappointing, should stick to smaller stages.
Dave 2 Fae Edinburgh
WOW! ROCK ON!!
Youngy
Cant beleive 'The Kooks' havent been mentioned, they were phenomenal, the best band on the R1 stage. The Chilli's rocked the weekend though, wot a set, wot a band!!!
Sam
The Who were outstanding and i was lucky enough to get right up front for them. T in the Park 2006 was brilliant. Hope i can get a ticket for next years T!
An Serbian
I watched that on BBC interactive over satellite ... it was very good festival !!! Why didnt invited Razorlight... Kaiser Chiefs was the best... pity for bad weather ...Chears !!
Kirkdo
The Strokes were a great example of how it should be done by todays top artists, particularly the Arctic Monkeys who were good, but seemed taken aback by the atmosphere and excitement of the crowd - even Hard-Fi showed more enthusiasm.
J

Had a great time just hated the toilets or lack of! The automatic blow the future's tent apart along with the Kooks and Zuton's rocking the NME. Got my ticket for next year bring on the 07/07/07.
Laura Pearson
Slam tent was jumping!!! felix da house cat N Jeff Mills, what can a say - FILTH!! Hello 2 ma fellow slammers x x
tine
A fab weekend.
Glenn
The View rocked you should see them. Brillant . They are better than a lot of band when they are live. They should have been on a bigger stage or in a bigger tent
savage
wishing my life away for the next T... the strokes, morning runner and the feeling all done it for me! had a mouth like a portaloo all day monday tho..
jay sime
this year was crazy. good atmosphere. great bands freeder and the kooks were brill. will defo be back next year;-].x
Christine & Fe
The Who rocked. Enough said!
Alison
T in the Park was totally excellent! Primal Scream blew me away, what an amazing way to end the weekend. x
Jonny Boy
Morning Runner were awesome as usual. Such a great sound. Cant wait for next year!
youngman
Awesome weekend. The who stole the show but the zutons did themselves proud. Cant believe it's all over and why do i still feel rough!!
Greg
could someone please tell me how fightstar sounded?i think they are awesome and they were playing on the main stage on sunday. i really wanted to see them on the highlights show but there was no sign. so someone please put me out of my misery and let me know what songs were the best and if they were good!!
IAN BONE
THE VIEW WERE ROCKING
Vicky
The Who were the highlight of the weekend!
faye also known as raquel
had a brilliant t in the park ,first one ever and will be going to all in the future.franz ferdinand rocked in fact every one did and special thanx to mark campbell, the guy i met while at the chillies was an added bonus,a wee darlin, role on next year
Ross
I was just there on Sunday, and thought We Are Scientists were fantastic!
The Simonator
It says on the site that zero7 pulled out allowing bands on pet sounds to play earlier and longer. This was not the case. The setting for Eels was ridiculous, the sound was horrible and everything blew half way through. Not to mention they only played for about 15 minutes. Eels are a fantastic band and shouldnt have been treated so ridiculously
camped out in kinross
Loved the whole weekend (even the camping), the slightly damp saturday did nothing to dampen the spirits of the bands or indeed the crowds.
Bruno
Morning Runner were awsome - 40 minutes of loud beautiful music. 3 cheers to the Reading boys !!!
Me
Probably the best festival I've ever done (and that's a lot!). I don't know where to start with highlights because every single band I saw were fantastic! I guess start at the beginning... >Duels >The Cribs >Union of Knives >6 hot donuts at 11pm when it's bloody freezing >The view over the campsite at 6am >The Spinto Band >My mate pulling a VERY fit bloke >Larrikin Love >A security guard racing up a pillar in the King Tut's Tent after a drunken reveller... only to then remove his luminous jacket and start dancing to Primal Scream >Drunken singalong on the bus back to Glasgow Bring on T 2007...
NINA
wow!! this was my second year and what an atmosphere...the banter kicked ass. sagur ros were incredible. it was like mass meditation.
Montage
Absolutely crackin`!! Completely franced the whole time with my pal Jose Maria Olazaballed!! :).....ROLL ON NEXT YEAR!!
Chuck
Does anyone know the name of the band that replaced the 747's on the Futures Stage? They were rocking!
DK
Wolfmother were amazing! Brightened up the rainiest of days!
IAIN
I was really dissapointed with Eels, he kept us waiting for so long then turned up with an uninspiring set. Death Cab were awesome though!
Krissy
Bit disappointed a lot the acts clashed with one another but still enjoyed what I managed to see. Definitely going back next year but hiring a camper van this time, toilets are disgraceful in the camp site, but nice and clean in the main arena. So unhygienic and absolutely disgusting. Food was too expensive as well.
Jade7
It was great to see the gig on TV, but I was gutted not to see footage from The Fratellis in the Futures Tent! Maybe bring the future forward next year?
Linda
The Kooks were amazing!! Loved Dirty Pretty Things. Mardy Bum by Artic Monkeys got to be the best memory for me. Cant wait for next year!
Lauren
I decided to go see Kasabian instead of The Who on Sunday night and they did not disapoint! Absolutly amazing, by far the best live band I saw all weekend. Also enjoyed Franz, We Are Scientists and Death Cab For Cutie. See you next year!
Scott 'The King' Hunter
ABSOLOUTELY ACE, WELL WHAT I CAN REMEMBER, ARCTICS, DIRTY PRETTY THINGS, PRIMAL SCREAM AND THE ZUTONS WERE GRRRRREAT, ABSOLOUTELY OUT MA TATS! BRING ON NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!

David
TITP raise the ante yet again, fantastic line up. Saturday was great but NME stage on Sunday was awesome, Morning Runner, WAS & Editors rocked, finish that off with a bit of The Who and Kasabian and we're all left wanting more. Tickets for 2007 are booked already!
henry
ASHCROFT STOLE THE SHOW, BEST PERFORMANCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jen
Still the best weekend of the year but lose the extra fence at the main stage and sound quality at the back was rubbish
nat
The Strokes were amazing, Kooks should've been on main stage (what the hell was freakin Sandi Thom doing there!?). Just bought my tickets for 2007!!!!! woohoo!!!!!
Suzy
The Go! Team were brillant and so were Kula Shaker - brillant atmosphere, everyone was up for it! Loved the silent disco too - what fun! :)
joe
how come the sleeping dogs were not playing this year what a let down tinthepark
Joe
I was right at the front for arctic monkeys and they were absolutely amazing even though i was being crushed by a bunch of large sweaty men. Managed to stay at the front for The Strokes and it was the best moment of my life when everyone around me sang "Someday" word for word. By the time The Strokes had finished i was absolutely exhausted and just collapsed to enjoy an unforgettable performance from the Who. Im 15 and this was my first T in the park but i'll never forget it.
saraha
fab weekend. Highlights were Maximo Park and Placebo from th front row!! Also loved Ben Harper, Sigur Ros, Manu Chao, The Automatic and Seth Lakeman. Met some great people and had lots of laughs. Roll on 2007.......

It was a fabulous weekend, well done all!
David
My Robot Friend were mega, the expanding ball thing with the camera inside was a real highlight. Goldfrapp were great, just a shame they could only do a short set. Kasabains new stuff sounds really good, especially "Shoot the Runner". They've got 2007 headliners written all over them!
Stewart Drummond
Amazing weekend with sunday having the better line up. 2 Many DJ's were a highlight for me the slam tent went mental it was utter class and The Who "wow" i am so glad i was there . BIG GRIN
broken_man
Loved Dirty Pretty things and The Spinto Band. The GO team had me swinging my pants like the best of them!

Had an amazing time! Highlights were the RHCPs for me as I have grown up loving that band so much and to see them live almost made me wet my pants. Also loved the Kaiser Chiefs and a whole load more. I have to say though- THE SILENT DISCO ROCKED!!!!! If you didn't go to that, you missed out!
rosie
loved the arctic monkeys, We Are Scientists, feeder, franz, the zuton and the strokes where all highlights for me
DAWN
Feeder rocked the NME stage......No matter how many times they are there they just get better and better. Coverage on BBC v.poor. Love Colin & Edith but too many minced rockers, we just want music, music, music Roll on 2007!!!

Daleboy
wicked weekend! loved every minute, best one ive bn to in the last 4 years! roll on 2007!
HairyHat Man
The Automatics were class in the newcomers tent, along with the monkeys they made my day!!!
Patrick
What was with there not being any cameras in the future or t break stages? In the new age of digital surely they can do a nwimbledon' allowing you to press red and choose who you want to see?
Gill
Absolutley fantastic weekend! Great vibe and party atmosphere in the campsite. Seriously though - £8 for a small pizza and £5 for 2 tiny instant hot chocolates??? Franz Ferdinand were outstanding, gutted that I missed the Fratellis! See you next year, Gill x.
Clare
Can't believe nobody's mentioned Richard Ashcroft yet. What a blinding set, great song list and did you all check out the sax guy? A real high to end another fab two days at T.... remember to get tickets tomorrow morning at 9 for next year.....
Gdub
Loved the Chillies, Placebo, Magic Nums, Pablo Nutteli (love his chocolate spread too), the Baccardi tent, Strokes and Hard-Fi but the ABSOLUTE highlights were Wolfmother, Orson and an unbelievable, emotional and unforgettable set by The Who. What an ending to a great weekend.
FF
Many a musical treat but who else saw Figure 5 open the T-Break stage - pure class!
Sarah
Cr*p tv coverage - what happened to coverage of the Arctics....not amused with having to wait up until Monday morning to see 1 song......must get a ticket for next year! Colin and Edith rock - but the other two muppets ruined it for us mere armchair fans x x
temple
man really enjoyed watching it festival on telly, but really dissapointed that sigur ros didn't get any air time, as they are far better than some of the bands that featured, go sigur!!!,once again the bbc miss out on a classic act, well see they promote eastenders. lol
Silky Si McFly
Highlights this year for me had to be Feeder, The Zutons, The Feeling & We Are Scientists. Got quite near the front for Feeder and the crowd and the set list were excellent. After that I went to the bar next to the futures and the WHOLE bar was doing their own rendiction of Feeder's "Just A Day" wow what a feeling!!!
jay kay

scotty

Duffy67
Amazing line-up.
CAFFERS
Primal Scream, what can i say, they totally rocked, screamadelica at its finest. Mani is a GOD
Colin
Absolutely amaaaazing!
Big Eck
Don't care wot folk say, Arctoc monkeys and Chilli's were awesome and by far the highlights. can't wait till nxt year
Debbie Dunsmore
What a weekend! The Who made up for that and the rain!
lisa young
Richard Ashcroft is a total legend! We were not worthy of such a fantastic performance, he completely captivated the crowd and RULED! There's only 1 Dickie for me. XXX
Lorna
Excellent, T never fails to please - was celebrating my 10th year this weekend. Faves of the wkend were Placebo, Feeder, 2 Many DJ's the Delays. Oh - and the spicy potato wedges. The inflatable sex dolls were great. Roll on 2007!!

Spike
WOW WOW WOW WOW. THE Who were off the planet. Chillis superb as were Franz, The Strokes and The Zutons. Special mention to Magic Numbers superb roll on 2007. Silent Disco Rules
Jam-Zee
Bow down to Anthony Kiedis! Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Cheifs and Maximo park were other highlights.
Paul
Duels were ace! Sadly only saw them on telly but they were swish. Also enjoyed We Are Scientists.
ANDREW
How disappointing were the Artic Monkeys ? Looked like a pub band on that Main Stage. Would have been better in a tent. Hopefully will have learnt from The Strokes or The Who.
silverelephant
The Fratellis were absolutely amazing, I've been waiting to see them for months and they did not disappoint. The crowd went absolutely mental for Henrietta and it was FANTASTIC. I loved every one of the 16 bands I managed to see and special mention should go to Feeder, Franz Ferdinand and the Chilli's. This was my first T in the Park but it definitely won't be my last! Rock On!
BJT
The Who were outstanding, sorry words really cannot describe what we all witnessed.
Jon
Glad to See Kula Shaker back. Music with something to say with amazing melodic 'hooks' and guitar work. When's the new album out?
steven
the who stole the show, amazing stuff to see the legends in action. will never 4get the parts i remember of this years 2, cant wait for next year.
TMF Doom
Why were Wolfmother and The Futureheads not on the main stage? Clearly two of the best bands to grace the 'T' this year. What was with the sex dolls on sticks?
nicky stirrat
great wkd roll on nxt year.
Angi
Amazing weekend was had by all. Loved The Who and Weller. Dance tent was jumping too.......
danny
the go! team were great
Bill
No preconceptions about the Who based on age, history etc. but deserve their reputation as an outstanding live act. Win by a mile at this year's titp.
Pat Joyce
The Who !
Joe Karan
I saw My Latest Novel after the Spinto Band on the Pet Sounds Stage yesterday and they were incredible. The best thing to come out of Scotland since Alan Hansen. Sister Sneaker Sister Soul was fantastic...
Ian
Franz Ferdinand ruled! The drumming thing for Outsiders blew me away
Broon
Another amazing T in the park weekend, not one band i went to see left me disappointed, all top class!! Roll on July 2007!!
Ferris
We are Scientists were amazing. They sounded so good.
Marc
The Monkeys Rocked
Kaz
RHCP and the Who were both amazing, as expected! Other highlights were Gomez, Magic No's and Franz Ferdinand.
blah baa
FRANZ FERDINAND, WHEEEEE.
BiNG0
Vitelic are mighty.
Armchair critic"hilarious" presenters. I don't need the endless lame wisecracks and smug "I can't believe we've getting paid for this easy gig!" attitude. Just introduce the bands and get off the screen. Fill any slack airtime with snippet highlights of other bands, just keep the presenters to a minimum.
Great to see the TV coverage, but please do something about the
DAVE
THE VIEW ARE ON FIRE!!!!
john jim
it rocked
~PJ~
Caught the last five minutes of Sunday on BBC3 just before Cr. Who. Which band was playing at that point? Amazing - but I can't work out who it was...
Louise Ash
Wow! What a line up.. Great atmosphere. The stages looked fab.
Becky Collins
Absolutely amazing! The Kaiser Chiefs were the best! This was my first festival-I'm 14. Thank you T in the Park! See you next year!!
JohnHill
Well done superb coverage and the web and pics superb BUT although not as poor as T4 and Popworld you've proved that your programme director does not understand music culture when it comes to missing the action live edit wise - you need musicians who know the difference between bass and guitar and even sax and the importance f certain phrases and happenings such as virtually wiping out the Franx Ferdinand multiple drumming - cut ot death by the live editing - for example and not enough explanation of who and why! Oh and how about Kubb and Paolo Nutini in the performance inclusion stakes? thanks John
Jamie Maxwell
Maximo Park were absolutely excellent; I've been an admirer of them for a short while now & this year's 'T' was my first glimpse of them Live. Again, I stress my hope that they get the plaudits they deserve as they rocked 'T' hard!
barry
great to have coverage on tv, but why is the video editing so bad (especially on the radio 1 stage) and why is the sound so appallingly mixed on pretty much every stage. is this a misguided attempt to make it look and sound cutting edge? - if so it fails abysmally. it is possible to get more than one vocal and one instrument into a mix, and drummers have more than just hi-hats and cymbals.

AWAY THE ARTIC MONKEYS
Anon
I thought the Tv coverage was absolutly terrible.
Colin Wright
Recorded all of saturdays coverage but very disappointed that there was no Sigur Ros. What happened? They were supposed to be headlining the Pet Sounds Arena. Instead you kept showing the same bands over and over...
ian
bbc3 coverage didnt disappoint. it was the usuall poor fragmented coverage!just what i expect from bbc, when it comes to music.
Russ Tyler
No where near as good as previous years opening days, but it rocked 6/10 . . . . COME BACK GLASTOBURY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nightmares on Wax
What can i say!
Dave Evans
TV coverage - show me the band - not haow clever the editing is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Robert Way
To reference Orson as camparable to the great Zeppelin is an insult to rock music. Orson is just another pile of losers who think they are cool when no one likes them apart from the odd fat lady who fancies the singer.
moany git
the audio quality wasn't so good, its nice to have the vocal cut through the mix... (maybe it would have sounded better if had been able to get a ticket)
Anonymous
Placebo rocked the Main stage with songs from their new album Meds
Cher L
