Bruce appears at the championships for the 6th time on the strength of winning the United States Piping Foundation, backed up by a 2nd place in the Former Winners MSR at Oban. He is Pipe Sergeant of Grade 1, 78th Highlander's Halifax Citadel Pipe Band.
