Gaelic Assistant Producer

Job Description

I am responsible for the Gaelic web content. This involves gathering all the relevant text, audio, video, images, etc required for the site. It is also my job to ensure that the web designer and coder have all the Gaelic assets they need to create the site. It doesn't sound too complicated, but it can be!

Work Biography

I have been working as an Assistant Producer on the BBC Alba site for almost three years now. I've worked on a huge variety of projects over the years, so it's great fun! Every day's a school day :-)

Work Alongside

I will mainly be working alongside Cathie (Gaelic producer), Doneil (Gaelic Broadcast Journalist), Flora (Web producer), Sean (Web developer) and Del (Web designer).
