Jude : Submits the final drafts of her scripts to Jo.

Jo : Sends the completed scripts to two teachers, Gillian and Alison, who have been commissioned to write the teachers' notes to go with the programmes. They will also write activities for teachers and children to do after listening to, and discussing, the programmes in the classroom.

Jo : Decides who to cast as adult actors, having now had a chance to look at the final scripts for the programmes.

Irene : Checks to see if the adult actors are available on the dates Jo needs them. Irene also types up the scripts for the rehearsals and for when the recording will take place.

Jo : Writes the presenter scripts for programmes 5 and 6 - again to be sent to Jackie Sinclair.
