BBC week 11.

Week starting 8th March 2008.

9th March

Esme : Starts her own auditions at Falkirk Children's Theatre. These go really well and Esme finds another excellent cast member for the 'Getting To Know You' programmes.

10th March

Louise and Raymond : Submit their first drafts of the scripts for the 'Food' and 'Sport' programmes. Jo now checks to see what changes are needed to fit the scripts into the programmes' themes and length.

11th March

Jo : Records comments from some more mature Chinese people at an exersize class in Wing Hong Elderly Centre, Glasgow. Jo was quite surprised when she arrived as she expected the class to be doing something really gentle like Tia Chi, but it turned out that it was an aerobics class!

Jo also records pupils' comments about sacrificing things - like giving up time with their friends to practise a sport. This will be edited and used in the first 'Sport' programme.

13th March

Esme : Auditions at Stewart Melville's Junior School, Edinburgh. It's at this audition that Esme finds the final child actor needed for the 'Getting to Know You' programmes.
