Jo and Irene : Work together on the briefs to be sent to actors' agents. These briefs will outline character parts in the plays, including what age and sex the child actors will need to be.

Irene : Sends the briefs to casting agents specialising in child actors. She also send briefs to other schools, dance groups and theatre groups, as there might not be enough choice of Chinese child actors through the mainstream agencies.
