Esme : Meets with Catherine MacPhail, the writer selected to write the scripts on the theme 'Getting To Know You'. Esme and Catherine agree China is a huge subject and it will be hard work narrowing the theme down to just one interesting storyline.

Esme : Also meets with Jo Hall and Bruce Munro about the way Scottish Resource programmes are structured and about the project timetable.
