Bute Rants

Since the flood protection job started we have had a stupid "round" about where a T junction was prevoiusly at the bottom of Bishop street. It is very badly laid out and causes problems for drivers and pedestrians. Now they want to spend about 120,000 pounds to make it more like a normal roundabout. Still no real way for pedestrians to cross and a huge amount of money for a very small project.
