Great site.How about John Grieve and Roddy McMillan in The Vital Spark. Classic, vintage BBC Scotland and well worth inclusion. PS the late Mr Grieve was my dear uncle. Best wishes Alex OBrien

Here's a clip from the BBC site "Wireless to the Web" which should spark some memories;

i met john as a young girl, my father was friends with one of the brothers.
We called him uncle john and when we say him on the Vital Spark, we thought he was much older, ha ha! I had been to his moms house in Maryhill.

Josephine, I was really interested to read your comments about my late uncle.
Could your Dad be Mick from the Greenock area and a friend of Bunny Grieve?
Best wishes.
Alex
