John Samuel's Story
I visited the town in France, where his name is inscribed on the sarcophagus. It was a beautiful place near where the river Marne flows.
All the names of those who have no known graves and who were killed in the Battle of the Marne are inscribed there.
A lasting memory.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning, I will always remember.
I never saw my grandad. He was 28yrs old when he was killed in France.
