Thomas Robinson joined the Army in 1914 and served with the 150th Field Company, Royal Engineers.

He married Edith Maguire on 2 July 1917 in Belfast before returning to the Belgium where he died on 16 August 1917.

The 150th Field Company were attached to the 36th Ulster Division which fought in the battle of Langemarck (Paschendale)
16-18 August 1917.

His name is remembered on the Tyne Cot Memorial.
