In memory of my Great Uncle, Serjeant William James Robinson, No. 9247, 1st Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment, who died age 22 on 27 October 1914. Son of James Robinson, of 84, St. John's Rd, Red Hill, Surrey. Remembered with honour on the Ploegsteert Memorial.
