Walter's Story

Pem was left with four young children, Walter, aged eight, Ada aged five, Doris aged three and George 13 months. Their young lives were lived in poverty.

Walter died at the Basttle of Loos, France on 15th September 1915. He left a young wife, Ada Emily

There is no known grave for my grandfather, but his name is on the Loos Memorial at Dud Corner Cemetary, Pas de Calais, France.
