Joseph Henry's Story

Born in Prestwich Lancashire in 1895, eldest son of William Henry and Harriet Butterfield. Joseph served as a private with The Loyal Regiment (North Lancashire) and the Border Regiment he later became corporal. Joseph was serving with B Company 8th Border Regiment on 28th May 1918 when he was killied in action, he was 23yrs old.
