Jan 1916 Invalided to England aboard H. S Targus from Alexandria.

Jul 18th 1916 Posted to Rouen France

Aug 26th 1916 Wounded Gun Shot Wound to Thigh.

Aug 1 1917 Died following Gun Shot wounds to Jaw and Head.
