Harry's Story

How sad to have lasted so long and died in the final months

Known to have been much loved by his wife. A county architect, he went to France in 1914 as a Serjeant in the Essex Yeomanry and died as a Lieutenant in the 178th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery at the age of 34 on 30 March 1918. Burried in Bellacourt Military Cemetery, Riviere. Has anyone ever visited his grave? Don't know but that will be remedied soon.
