Thomas's Story

Thomas Dawson is my husband's great-grandad. He was killed in action near Ypres, Belgium on 21 July 1917. He was 32. He is buried in the Hedge Row Trench cemetary. We visited his grave in May 2008 and took our 2 children aged 9 and 6 who also signed the cemetary register in memory of their great-grandfather.
