George & James's Story

Twins George and James were two out of four brothers that served on the Western Front. These two never returned - their brother John (my Grandfather) would return to France in 1940 with the BEF dying on the retreat to Dunkirk.

I know George was married so he may have decendents I don't know.

George Conder Morris was my great grandfather. His Daughter Georgina Conder Morris was born in 1916. I have been lead to believe that George died before having the chance to ever meet his daughter.
Georgina (my grandmother) went on to have four children, ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
