William Joseph's Story

William Joseph Burnham, the only son of James and Edith Burnham, born in New Bradwell Bucks he had ten sisters (one who died at birth). He worked for the local railway carriage works at Wolverton before joining the 1st/1st Oxford and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry about 1915. He was killed in action France and Flanders 16th April 1917.
