Thomas's Story

I have no photo of my Great Uncle Thomas Redding, but have found out so much about him, and have his medals which I wear with pride. He died of his wounds on the 7th June 1917 during the battle of Messines Ridge. He was my grandfather brother. I have been to his grave twice and will be going again in 2009 to pay my respects. He is part of me, and I am very proud of his record and what he did. The more I have found about him, the more I feel I know him. God Bless Uncle Tom, and may you always rest in peace.
