Thomas was born in Hackney on the 30th November 1890. His father was a butcher. Thomas fought in WW1 with the Royal Field Artillery. He was at Gallipoli and the picture above is of the
BQMS store 460th RFA Cape Hellas, Gallipoli in 1916. He worked as abutcher after the war, During the 2ndWorld War he worked as a foreman for Mullard Valves in Mitcham.
