Andrew Mungall's Story

Andrew Morrison was born in Falkirkand attended the Royal technical College, Glasgow before joining the 17th (Chamber of comerce) Battalion of The Highland light Infantry. He was killed in action on 1st April 1916, age 20 years, about 20 miles North of the Somme River. His grave stone is at Serre Road Cemetary No.2 about 7 miles north of Albertin france.

His older brother Robert Morrison was also killed in action about 60 miles Northof the Somme River on 11th september 1918 age

24 years.
