William's Story

I have a postcard photo of four peple: Lt Corp Wm Stevens, Pte Benton, (killed april 1915) Pt Nutt and Pte Wm Courtney. I have letters from George Hubert Benton. I believe the phot was taken at Saffron Walden where they trained prior to leaving for France. I do not have details of this person but would honour his name. Pts Benton was E Company 5th Sth Staffs Regt.
