Thomas William's Story

My great uncle enlisted on 14th august 1914 in the Oxford and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. When the war ended he was a C.S.M. no. 41794 in the 4th Batt Worcestershire Regt.He was awarded the D.C.M. on 30th september 1918 at Ypres after taking charge of his company when all the officers were killed.
