Thomas Edward Solomon's Story
This is my Grandfather who was killed on The Somme on 3rd July 1916, aged 27, during an attack on Ovillers. He has no known grave but is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial. He left his wife, Florence Jane Sharman nee Storey, and his three children, Edward Harry aged 5, Dora Ella aged 3 (my Mother) and Margaret Eleanor aged 2 living in Lowestoft.
