Josiah's Story

My late grandmotherÂ’s first husband who sadly passed away so near to the end of the war. Tragically killed by sniper fire at Mortho Wood, 8/10/1918. Buried at Bois Des Angles cemetery.

His brother "Jack" Peters died aboard HMS Indefatigable during the battle of Jutland aged 22 years.
