William John's Story
My Grandfather : Died 13th August 1915 when the Troop carrier he was on the Royal Edward was blown up. I believe there were no survivors. He had lied about his age and volunteered at 40yrs old. His wife and parents were all deceased but he left behind 5 children one of whom was my mum.
