Harry's Story

Harry was my paternal greatgrandfather's younger brother and was killed 23 March 1918

Brothers Arthur and Harry served together and were moving sandbags from one end of the trench to the other, passing each other in the trench. A shell killed Harry while the brothers were at opposite ends - Unconfirmed verbal history.
