Horace's Story

Horace Sydney Dickens was one of Seven Brothers all serving in the army at the same time.

Horace was the only brother who did not return from the battlefields. He was listed as missing on the 3rd August 1916 at Longueval.

Horace is remembered on the memorial at Thiepval.
