Albert's Story

My husbands' grandfather was killed 16 Jan 1916. He is buried in the Royal Irish Graveyard at Laventie France. He left a widow and a 4year old son. He was awarded The Victory Medal, The British War Medal and The 1914 Star. Although it was years before my husband was born he's always been proud of the grandfather he never met.
