James's Story
Killed at Hill 60 on 7th June 1917. Left a wife, Edie, and small son, Georgie. Also parents, Sarah Jane and George, sisters Mary and Theresa, and brothers, George and William.
Having no known grave, James Sheard (Service No. 38049) is remembered on Panel 33 of the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres.
