Paul's Story
I could not put Paul's date of birth as we don't know it or the year that he was killed in action-we think it was in France.
His name is on a lovely memorial in St Michael's Church in Basingstoke and on the Town Memorial in the Park. This has a lovely gold angel on the top which glints in the sunshine.
We are proud of what both Paul and Walter (his cousin) did in the First World War.
