Private 4th battalion Royal Fusiliers. Killed in action 24/7/1916. Commemorated Thiepval Memorial (Somme) and St George's Church, Newcastle under Lyme. Son of Enoch and Annie Pickerill of 5 Baker St Newcastle under Lyme Staffs.
