Alfred's Story

Alfred was a private in the Lancashire Fusiliers (1st/5th Bn) Service number 1150. Brother to Daniel (killed) and John (survived) both in the army. He was killed at Galipoli (lost in the bay, body not found). Memorial Helles Turkey, panel 58 to 72 or 218 to 219.
