Oswald John's Story

Corporal Oswald John Clarke died in Macedonia five days before Peace was declared never to see his son who was born In 1917. He was a Quiet Man that did his duty to save his Comrades. His son Jack Clarke went on to serve in the 2nd World War & spent 4 years as a Japanese Prisoner of War building the Burma Railway. He Survived.
