Stanley's Story
Great Uncle. Volunteered to joint Manchester Regiment (Pals) which trained at Heaton Park, Manchester. Killed on the 2nd July 1916, Battle of the Somme. His sacrifice has gone unknown in the family until recently, which is why I am proud to add his name now.
