Christopher Edward's Story
He didn't have a grave he was one of the missing without a grave. A couple of years ago went to see his name on the Menin Gate Belgium. Have a photo of his son and wife with my Grandfather Alfred who was on the Somme also, but came back. Think of him often and doing family research found him. Although I didn't know him personally as he was killed long before I was born I know about him now and will remember him.
