Herbert Johnston's Story

Herbert Johnston Mottram died in Gallipoli on 4/6/1915 of gangarene from a wound in his arm.

He is remembered on the Helles Memorial.

Herbert never lived to know that his dear wife, Edith, brought up his wonderful son, Frederick. That he had a beautiful daughter-in-law, Elizabeth (Betty), grandchildren and great grandchildren. A special man.

He will always be remembered and loved!
