Archibald John O'Connell's Story

An uncle who fought in France during WW1. He was a second lieutenant. Was in the 16th battalion of the Royal Welsh Fusilliers. He fought in Paschendale, Second Ypres.

He survived the war having being wounded once but rejoined his regiment.

He is remembered in our family because he later committed suicide - we think because of his experince in WW1.
