Soldier Record

Robert was one of the ten children of John Wilson, missionary, and Jessie Lochhead. He had a promising career in engineering and, like all his siblings, drew and painted in his free time.

There's no photo of Bob. All that's left is a copy of a photo that his sisters had taken specially to send to him at Gallipoli. It's awful to think that this portrait of these beautiful young women perished in the field along with all their hopes of their brother's safe return.
