Thomas's Story

Thomas Scott started his duty from May 1916 when he first joined the regiment till the 20th May 1917. Officer's, N.C.O's and men of the regiment were greatly depressed at their bereavement for he was so well liked throughout the Cameronian regiment. Also the 2nd Royal Welsh Fusiliers for his bravery in saving three men for which he received a posthumous Military Cross.
