William's Story
This is the only picture I have of my great grandfather William Henry Victor Hadaway. He enlisted with the Royal West Kent regiment in Maidstone on the 10th December 1915. He was discharged on the 17th October 1918 as no longer physically fit, after having his right leg amputated above the knee.
