William Francis's Story
Killed in action at Neuve Chapelle 12 March 1915. William died not knowing that his son, Frank, had been born six days earlier. We have just made a DVD of photographs and all William's army documents sent back from the front line, including very moving letters to his mother and widow from his Sergeant. William is our own family hero and will never be forgotten.
