Championed by BBC Northern Ireland's Across The Line & Rory McConnell on Radio 1, Belfast boys A Plastic Rose have been wearing their hearts on their guitar straps since late 2006. They play post-hardcore-tinged alt-rock and appeared at this year's Glasgowbury Festival.
2009 has been a good year for the band so far, with two tracks featuring in the Top 5 of the new independent Northern Irish download chart, and their track All You Know and Love Will Die bagging a place on the Radio 1 playlist in August.
