Although Maximo Park unveiled broader, thicker sounds on Our Earthly Pleasures, live they still crackle with same kinetic energy. Not to mention that they often seem to be playing more than one song at any given moment.

Fabulous set from Maximo Park, enjoyed every minute. Best of the day, but maybe some probs with the sound system let KoL down? No treble... Bloc Party and Arcade Fire were also sensational on Saturday..
