These two pictures were in the wallet of Robert Johnston's uncle, Edward Taylor. The baby is Ella Taylor and her mother is Jean Taylor. Edward went to the front in France, 1915, only a week after Ella was born. Jean sent him these pictures across the space of about 4 months and they were returned to her after he was killed early 1916. He had collected them and kept them in his wallet and you can see where the bullet that killed him passed right through the wallet.
